As a General Manager for our West Des Moines Ruth’s Chris location, Venutolo’s commitment to the team’s growth and success has been clear since day one. PHG is confident that he will excel in his new role. Venutolo will be joining Colin Shive as a fellow Director of Operations.
Venutolo joined Prime Hospitality Group at the beginning of this year, bringing over a decade of experience as a general manager and operating partner. During this time, Venutolo has demonstrated a remarkable ability to develop strong, cohesive teams through effective coaching. His passion for teamwork and dedication to fostering his team’s growth have made a significant impact.
One of Venutolo’s key strengths lies in his ability to connect with both staff and guests, ensuring a memorable experience for everyone; whether it’s celebrating a 50th birthday milestone or making a long-overdue date night extra special.
